 Susie Dickey Susie Dickey moved from north Texas to the central Texas area about three years ago. Her passion for helping people and enjoyment of being a massage therapist recently led her to obtaining her Instructor’s license. Susie has a background in fitness as well. She was a personal trainer for over 10 years and has been a group exercise instructor the past 12 years. She currently teaches indoor cycling, Zumba and yoga. Susie is a level ll Reiki practitioner and is currently working on a certification in meditation. Susie works at a spa in Belton and has her own private practice. |
 Eric Johnson SGT Eric Johnson, joined the US Army in 1991, completed basic and AIT in 1992, entered the US Army Reserves and continued for 14 years until after his first deployment to Iraq in 2003-2004, returning to active duty in 2005 for 12 years. Eric was with Divisional Artillery Brigade Fourth Infantry Division, Forty-First Fires Brigade, and 170th Infantry Brigade. His deployments included 2003-2004 Iraq, 2006-2007 Iraq, 2008-2009 Iraq and 2011-2012 Afghanistan. His MOS is 88M20, Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Operator. He is faculty at Phoenix Awakening Massage; A New Beginning School of Massage Killeen and will be applying to become a License Massage Therapist after having successfully completing our LMT program this year. Eric has been married for 14 years to Heather and they own two growing companies in the Greater Killeen/ Fort Hood Area. Nutree Fitness is a Canine Friendly Fitness Facility focused on custom fitness solutions for individuals and their canine companions.  Wendy LeValley My name is Wendy LeValley, and I have been a massage therapist for 5 years. I attended Everest College in Tacoma WA. I have owned my own business since I started massage. I am proficient in many different modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, and treatment work. Wendy also enjoys spa work such as body scrubs and wraps. I have also been a licensed esthetician for over a year. I attended The Aveda Institute in Austin. Love my work and I am looking forward to the next chapter of my career as an instructor. |
 Jose Lozano Jose Lozano was born and raised on the Texas Gulf Coast. He Enlisted in the Army in 1997 and recently just retired after 20 years of Service. During his last few years on Active Duty, he took an interest in becoming a Massage Therapist and attended BodyMechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage in Olympia WA. While in Washington, Jose took an interest in focusing on injury treatment techniques while working for Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lacey, WA. Upon Retiring from the Army, Jose moved back to Central Texas and transferred his license to Texas. While doing so, he also pursued an interest in Teaching his new profession to other eager students who wanted to learn massage, and he obtained his Texas Massage Instructors License. He is currently still in Private Practice and Teaches Massage at Phoenix Awakening Massage School in Killeen, TX and is also a full-time Food Nutrition Manager with the Killeen Independent School District. |
 Heather Nusbaum, NASM Master Trainer Heather Nusbaum, CMA, IOM, MT-CPT, is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified in Nonprofit Organizational Management, and is a NASM Master Trainer. Heather owns Nutree Fitness & Phoenix Awakening Massage; A New Beginning School of Massage Killeen, two growing companies in the Greater Killeen/ Fort Hood Area. She also works for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce as the Vice President of Finance & Administration, which provides vision leadership and support for local businesses and economic development for the area. Her experience includes entrepreneurship, 501c3 organization creation, cost-fixed assets-fund-taxation accounting, corrective, and specialized training to include neurological regeneration training. Heather holds her BS with an Accounting Concentration from Baker College, Michigan, & her MBA from Tarleton State University - Texas A&M University – Central Texas. Heather has held multiple positions with the Austin IMA Chapter and Director with the IMA Texas Council. She has held multiple positions on the Texas A&M CT University Inaugural Alumni Board of Directors and currently holds the position of President. Heather holds faculty positions at Phoenix Awakening Massage; A New Beginning School of Massage Killeen & the Institute of Management Accountants Leadership Academy. |
